World Sports Games Tallinn - Important Information

2010 CSIT WORLD SPORTS GAMES
REMINDER OF THE DEFINITIVE ENTRY DEADLINE (with names & flight numbers) - May 15th
"List of participants" - unions' people by sports, by categories (wrestling, judo), age groups and distances (swimming), events (athletics) etc. Detailed info in this regard you will receive immediately after the "Definitive Registration" May 15th, 2010.
Reception / Accreditation / Lodging

The unions will be picked up in the airports and train stations by the organization and brought straight to the hotels.

The number of rooms will be sent to the unions, so they can divide their representatives sport by sport in advance, to facilitate their arrival in the hotels.

The responsible people for each delegation will address themselves to the Games Center to pick up the badges (identifying country/union/name/sport) right upon arrival. This identification is supposed to be worn by participants all times.

At the moment of competitions the official badge must be presented with the passport (or formally recognized document, in case of the local players).

At least one guide (attaché) will be provided by the organization to all Unions. If necessary more guides for bigger delegations.

VISA: CSIT strongly requests unions to check with their country's ministry of foreign affairs if the members of the delegation need VISAS to enter Estonia.
Transportation

Only the competitors of volleyball, beach volley, table tennis, basketball and football will be driven to the sports areas in buses provided by the organization.

There is also a wide public transportation network, which can be used with the official badges by all participants including accompanying people without pay.

Some of the facilities can be reached by walking (10- 15 minutes at the most).
Sports

For the disciplines of basketball, football, volley-ball and beach-volley the organization will provide Mikasa balls, for warm-up and practice. The balls are going to be distributed to the union's teams by collecting a sum correspondent to 50% of the retail price. At the end of competitions the teams may keep the balls or getting their money after returning the balls back to the organization.

All the championships' information will be published by CSIT website and distributed in the Games Center and hotels, right after the competitions, in printed version to the delegations' responsible people.

All sports awarding ceremonies will be in the sports places right after the final competitions.

There will be preparation meetings before the competitions for all sports and also evaluating meetings of all technical commissions.
Important!
All the Technical Commissions must organize elections procedures to be held in the evaluation meetings. Concerning this schedule you will be informed in pre-meetings.

The kit is composed of the Games' bag, a towel and also a brochure with all necessary information including a Tallinn-map with all the Games' important places highlighted.
