  The CSIT Congress 2011 with almost 140 delegates from more than 25 countries took place in Rio de Janeiro / BRA, October 2^nd - 10^th, 2011. Landmark decisions for the further development of the CSIT had been made. Launch of the CSIT World Sports Games 2013 in Rio de Janeiro. President Harald Bauer was confirmed as CSIT President with applause and the new Executive Committee takes up employment.
