CSIT Basketball Championships in Eilat / Israel
Parallel to the Basketball Championship the CSIT's Chess Championship were organized. The matches took place in the ALON Hall, Eilat, with referees from the National Israel Basketball Association and started October 24th 2011 and ended with the final matches October 27th, 2011. Each team played at least 4 matches.
Opening Speech by HAPOEL President Avigdor Dagon
The participants in the Championship were accommodated in the convincing SIESTA Hotel. The Opening Ceremony was celebrated in the ALLON Hall, with the presence of the Mayor of Eilat, Meir Yitzhak Halevi.

ZALGIRIS - ENERGETIKAS - LITUANIA
ZALGIRIS - TAURAGE - LITUANIA
INDET - COPADET - MEXICO
BWSF & HEALTH - BULGARIA
HAPOEL - BEN GURION AIRPORT - ISRAEL
The Lithuanian team ZALGIRIS-ENERGITIKAS and the Bulgarian team BWSF & Health - POLYTEKNIKA played for the third place. In the finale HAPOEL-BEN GURION from Israel competed against INDET-COPADET, a Mexican team.
The final classification of the medallists:
- First Place: INDET-COPADET, Mexico
- Second Place: HAPOEL-BEN GURION AIRPORT, Israel
- Third Place: BWSF & HEALTH-POLYTEKNIKA, Bulgaria
The Closing Ceremony was celebrated during a festive barbecue in the Hotel's swimming pool area and included greetings, prizes awarding - cups & medals, a concert of Jazz music and songs.
