Executive Committee Meeting in Brussels
Last week the CSIT leadership held very important meetings in the heard of Europe Brussels. At the top of the agenda was the course setting of the 100 years anniversary celebration in Belgium 2013.

For the Belgian leadership and host AFSTB as well as for the CSIT Executive Committee is a wide approval of the politics in Belgium of enormous importance.

General Secretary of Francophone Socialist party Gilles Mahieu and both Presidents Richard and Bauer.
For that reason a meeting with General Secretary of the Francophone Socialist Party Gilles Mahieu has been arranged and also the mayor of Brussels Freddy Thielemans has welcomed the CSIT delegation in audience.
Both prominent politicians expressed their sympathy for the workers sports movement and promised their full support.

CSIT President Harald Bauer informed also that the Belgian IOC President Jacques Rogge showed his interested to participate in the 100 years anniversary celebration a couple of weeks ago within the framework of his visit at the United Nations and IOC in Switzerland.

A plenty of work had been done in the regular Executive Committee meeting. Inter alia following items were on the agenda:
Ø Preparation of the Congress 2011
Ø CSIT World Sports Games 2013
Ø EU Projects
Ø Amendments of the CSIT Logo
Ø Co-option of SATUS President Christian Vifian as strategic development advisor
Ø CSIT Anniversary Book by Honorary President Kalevi Olin
