Young leaders preparation meeting

From June 20th - 21st Olivier Comont and Corina Korner (both members of the CSIT working group Young Leaders) met in Vienna. In this 2-day meeting they had the chance to prepare future Young Leaders activities and discuss about the upcoming events.

On the second day they had the chance to present their ideas to president Harald Bauer who supports the Young Leaders working group. He pointed out that it is important to involve the members of the Young Leaders working group into the decision making of CSIT.

The next important event is the CSIT Young Leaders conference during the CSIT congress in Rio de Janeiro in October. A number of young leaders from different member unions have already confirmed their participation.

In November there will be the EU seminar with the title: "The promotion of the participation of youngers in the sport and social activities: young leaders and youngers meet sport organisations responsibles for the youth, sport and social policies". This seminar should take place in Lignano in September, but is postponed to November. The venue will be Rimini.
